C. Data Storage and Disclosure

2. Terms of Service & User Conduct

A. Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You have never been convicted of a sexual offense or any felony involving violence.

• You will only maintain one account on Friendme.ca.

B. Prohibited Conduct

To keep Friendme.ca a safe space, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Impersonation: Creating a profile for anyone other than yourself.

• Harassment: Sending abusive, hateful, or obscene messages.

• Commercial Use: Using the site for “Sugar Baby/Daddy” arrangements, multi-level marketing, or soliciting professional services.

• Spam: Sending identical messages to multiple users or posting external links to third-party sites for promotion.

C. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and text you post. However, you grant Friendme.ca a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to host, store, use, and display that content for the operation of the service.

D. Termination

Friendme.ca reserves the right to investigate and terminate your account without a refund if you violate these terms or behave in a way we deem inappropriate or illegal.

Safety and Interaction Policy

A. User Responsibility

Friendme.ca does not conduct criminal background checks on all users. You are responsible for your interactions. We strongly advise:

• Never sending money or financial information to someone you met online.

• Meeting in public places for the first few dates.

• Informing a friend or family member of your location.

B. Reporting

If you encounter a user who is violating these rules or making you feel unsafe, please use the “Report User” button located on their profile immediately.
