We are committed to fostering a space where free expression flourishes and every individual have a meaningful voice, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, we maintain the following standards:
Zero Tolerance for Hate & Harassment
Abuse has no place here. We recognize that certain groups are disproportionately targeted by online hostility. We are dedicated to combating conduct motivated by hatred, prejudice, or intolerance—specifically behavior that seeks to silence marginalized or underrepresented voices based on race, sex, sexuality, or identity.
Protecting the Dialogue

Explicit Nudity: Any full or partial nudity, including close-up imagery of genitals, buttocks, or breasts. These elements must not be the focal point of any profile, post, or screen share.
Obscene Conduct: The use of “dirty” or offensive gestures (including the middle finger) or any behavior deemed vulgar or disrespectful to the community.
Simulated Acts: Any media depicting or simulating sexual acts, whether through live action, performance, or digital representation.

Our Standard: If a piece of content is designed to provoke a sexual response rather than foster a genuine social connection, it does not belong on Friendme.ca.
Safety & Graphic Content Standards
Distressing Scenes: Graphic depictions of crime scenes, serious accidents, or physical altercations.
Medical & Biological Details: Exposed internal organs, bones, or the gratuitous display of bodily fluids.
Severe Physical Harm: Imagery showing serious wounds, mutilation, or significant physical trauma.
Animal Welfare: Any content depicting the torture, killing, or severe injury of animals.
Sensitive Medical Imagery: Graphic footage of surgical procedures or invasive medical events that are not shared within a strictly educational or clinical context.
Health, Safety, and Wellbeing

Support & Wellbeing: Content that promotes or glamorizes self-harm, disordered eating, or any act that could result in serious injury or death. We are a community of connection, and we encourage those in need of support to seek professional help.
Safe Interaction: Participation in or promotion of dangerous “dares,” high-risk games, or contests that bypass common-sense safety.
Controlled Substances: The promotion or distribution of dangerous controlled substances.
Mindful Presence: To protect both our users and the public, we do not allow streaming while operating a vehicle (including cars, motorcycles, or bicycles). We believe in being fully present and safe while on the move.
Legal Integrity & Regulated Content
To protect our members, the following are strictly prohibited:
Ethical Standards: Content related to human trafficking, the exploitation of individuals, or the promotion of prohibited sexual services.
Safety & Security: The display or promotion of weapons, including firearms, ammunition, and explosives. This includes instructional content on the creation of weapons (such as 3D-printed firearms or explosive devices).
Regulated Substances: The promotion or distribution of illicit drugs, marijuana, or drug-related paraphernalia.
Financial Integrity: The unauthorized promotion of financial instruments, high-risk financial services, gambling, or the sale of stolen and counterfeit goods.
Environmental Responsibility: Content involving products made from endangered or protected species. We believe in respecting the world around us.

Friendme.ca is an adults-only community. To ensure a secure environment:
Age Requirement: All members must be at least 18 years of age.
No Minors in Content: You may not post or stream content featuring individuals under 18, including your own children.
Verification: We use age-estimation technology (such as face scans) or government-issued ID checks to confirm eligibility. These measures help prevent fraud and protect the community, though they do not replace the need for personal judgment when interacting with others.
Child Safety and Exploitation
We have a zero-tolerance policy for the endangerment or sexualization of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

Grooming behaviors, including engaging minors in sexually explicit conversation or seeking illegal materials.

Hateful Conduct and Bullying

General Policy: Friendme.ca does not generally conduct criminal background checks as a condition of membership.
